Hello, and welcome! Threshold Therapeutic, LLC provides innovative, in-home rehabilitation services to adults and seniors in the greater Charlotte, NC region. We are passionate about improving the health and safety of our clients with special focus on home safety, fall prevention, rehabilitation and wellness. Our experts include occupational therapists and physical therapists with special training in home care, adaptive equipment, rehabilitation techniques and safety. Home Safety

Home safety assessments include a thorough assessment of your home with recommendations for home modifications and adaptive equipment to improve safety and independence for successful aging-in-place.

Rehabilitation

Providing both physical and occupational therapy services with customized exercise and treatment programs to help you achieve your goals. We bring the therapy gym experience to you!

Wellness

After your rehabilitation goals have been met, we offer continued wellness programming to assist with carrying out your home exercise program and ensuring that you maintain your wellness goals.
