We provide a variety of expert services to meet your rehabilitation, wellness and home safety needs.
Home Safety Evaluations
Improve the safety and accessibility of your home with a comprehensive home safety assessment. We will work with you to develop a plan to reduce risk of falls and improve safe access to all areas of your home. We can make recommendations for adaptive equipment and/or home modifications for safe and successful aging in place. All recommendations are made in a manner that fits your individual needs and budget. Modifications can range from simple, no-cost solutions, to small purchases, or even larger renovations if desired. We will provide a written report with all education and recommendations.
Rehabilitation
Outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in the comfort of your home! Our staff will guide you through a custom exercise program to meet your goals. Intervention may include resistance training, stretching, and balance and mobility training. Our therapists provide intervention focusing on strength, flexibility, motor coordination, balance and fine motor control with the goal of improving your ability to complete self care and work-related tasks with improved independence and decreased pain.
Wellness Programs
Once your rehabilitation goals are met, the care does not have to stop here! We provide one-on-one wellness training sessions to help carry out your home exercise program and maintain your strength, balance and safety. You may choose to continue working with your regular therapist, or work with one of our licensed therapy assistants.
Adaptive Equipment & Mobility Aid Assessments & Training
We are the adaptive equipment experts! Equipment may include shower chairs, toilet safety frames, dressing aids, walkers wheelchairs, hospital beds, and bed rails, just to name a few. We know which models work and which don’t, because we’ve tried them all! We will provide a professional assessment to help determine which equipment or mobility device will work best for you, and assist with obtaining your equipment through a local vendor. In some cases, we can utilize your insurance benefits for both the assessment and the equipment. We can assist with basic assembly and installation, as well as training on safe techniques for using your equipment.
